dash wallet problem

Hi,

I refresh my windows 8.1 and somehow my dash wallet erased, but I find automatic backap. So, I installed new dash wallet, and I tried to open it with dash, it just cant open.
So, how can I recover the dash I had before this?
Maybe this info also can help, I already make a encryption of old wallet.
So, could you tell me where can I find some more backup files, so I can restore my previous dash wallet status?
