Dash Core v18.2 Release Withdrawn !!

This is a minor version release for all nodes.

I'm not sure how this minor release was worthy of a "0.1" upgrade.

In any event, DCG demonstrating shoddy workmanship. A harbinger of things to come.

Who is responsible for the release and who is responsible for the bug?

Both should have some kind of monetary penalty, otherwise they will do it again.
