Cryptocurrencies that are not aml or kyc compatible

After the success of the thread "Cryptocurrencies that have governance." I create now the thread "cryptocurrencies that are not aml or kyc."

As long as the only way to force a coin to become aml/kyc is to force its core team, I am searching for CRYPTOCURRENCIES THAT HAVE NOT A CORE TEAM.

Obviously, a coin that is not aml kyc and has not a core team, should be a governed coin. And its decisions should be taken by vote among the anonymous individuals/members.

A coin that fights against aml/kyc is monero (XMR)

But XMR is not a governed coin (or you may say it has a unclear/fuzzy way of governance).
Additionaly it has a core team which is susceptible of accepting aml/kyc one day.
