China: When big data meets big brother

That's a great idea :) No kidding, they're getting a web of trust system off the ground and there's a good chance we'll all be using them before too long, the path they're taking sounds more than a little Draconian but the potential for those kind of systems is practically limitless and if they're successful it'll give China a significant head start on the rest of the world. Add an "opt out" option with a crappy noob rating that's plenty good enough for most things and it'd look a lot different.
