Channel for proposal owners to make sensitive communications to MNO's only, not viewable to all?

Hello, is there a channel for proposal owners to make sensitive communications to MNO's only -communications which should not be viewable to the entire internet but only to MNOs?

Does this already exist?

Is there a way to use the existing MNO verification of the forum / DC / to allow proposal owners to post things to be seen by MNO's only?

Or perhaps a post-only forum that only the MNO's can see and discuss amongst themselves?

For now, the #mno-only channel on Discord is your best bet, but it is unfortunately difficult for proposal owners without masternodes to get in there. The #proposals channels serve this purpose in a way, but is an open channel, not private to MNOs. It may be worth nominating someone as a conduit for confidential information to be distributed on Discord in that channel? @TaoOfSatoshi maybe?
