Cannot enter amount to send

Using Dash Wallet 8.3.3 (presumably the latest version available) I cannot enter amount to send as the top row digits (1, 2, 3) are ineffective. All other work as expected. My guess is that the controls above the "digits keyboard" overlapped those in the top row there. This may have something to do with the fact that this is an iPhone SE (1st gen), which is the last one being the size of a phone rather than a soccer fiedl ;-) OS version is the latest (last night came an update for it) available for this model: 15.8.4.

Are there any methods to "paste" the value to be sent? And – of course – a fix would be greatly appreciated. Regards.

Can we ask you to go to app and in settings contact support and attach the logs?
It will send the email to service desk.
Possibly make some screenshots and send to [email protected]
ps. you can generate a payment request in Dashcore wallet that will provide you a QR code with an amount etc...

Unfortunately using the "Contact support" feature doesn't seem to work correctly either. It opens an e-mail panel for a brief moment, and then the panel quickly disappears, before anything can be done with it.

Yes, I shall do that. I just took a screenshot - as I mentioned before, it seems that the (draggable) top part overlaps (partially, probably but enough to cause trouble) the top row keys there.

Not really - it does not seem to allow me to enter the (external) address for the funds to be sent to. Although I eventually worked that around by sending two transactions. One to DashCore wallet with the amount and wallet's internal address and then from there I sent the second transaction I wanted to send in the first place.

@bogdan_bdg I cannot reproduce the issue on SE 1st gen. Can you please make a video to understand better why it's happening?
I may try, but am not sure whether I can do screen recording easily. Maybe you could check first whether your screen looks exactly the same as the screenshot I sent along my other response a minute ago?
