Hello All,

There is less than 24-hours left of voting on this month's projects and I wanted you to have some information for your consideration when voting in these final hours.

One of my professional occupations is as a Financial Manager in the USA. I also have public relations experience in many fields, including entertainment and politics, but that is mostly by happenstance.

I see some projects that Dash has ALREADY invested in are about to be unfunded TO THE DETRIMENT of Dash, these projects and their people, and ALL the people who benefited from the programs.

DashWatch was one, but I see they have now been approved in the past 12 hours. Excellent!

The other ones I am familiar with and about to be unfunded are: Ben_Swann, Alexey_Danilin, lukewearechange. These were all previously funded and I am somewhat familiar with their work.

I learned about Dash from Ben Swann in the news; just like HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF OTHERS +. I think Dash has become a house-hold name in the U.S. because of HIM! (in 3 short months) Definitely now one of the primary names, if not THEE brand, for cryptocurrencies, as 'Kleenex' is for facial tissue. I'd say that you are losing one of your best world-wide ambassadors for Dash BECAUSE he did his job way too well! This IS and WILL BE extremely unfortunate. Ben Swann is/was one of the biggest investments EVER - in the MILLIONS OF DOLLARS! You've built great momentum, public relations, good-will, excellent credibility, high reputations, and a DASH Studio. And with NO NOTICE, you will be throwing all that away with perhaps not much realistic thought. I ASK YOU TO THINK AGAIN BEFORE YOU DO ALL THAT DAMAGE. Ben Swann is a MEDIA ICON with EXTREMELY LOYAL FANS AND COLLEAGUES WORLD-WIDE. You drop him and there's a very high probability they will drop Dash. Ben Swann will survive. In all honesty, I don't know what the fallout to Dash will be.

I can tell you, I became highly involved with Dash and its projects, and have been working on solutions for its price volatility, usage, currency exchange, escrow, and voting platforms - all on my own time and at my own expense with no compensation - because of the caring, dedication, and enthusiasm of these projects and others. But definitely and primarily because of the high-energy, high-motivating, sincere and hard-working, contagious efforts of THE BEN SWANN.

I personally think you should continue to fund THESE 4 PROJECTS THIS MONTH. They do a lot of good for Dash and in other ways. You will be letting these INVESTMENTS go too soon, otherwise. I am working on some tools to help you with these decisions that I think can be available in as soon as a week.

I think Dash should work with and/or give advance notice to proposals when there are going to be changes. Not only from an investment and financial perspective, but because you are dealing with many human lives and livelihoods and the ripple effects therefrom, including Dash public relations.

Some metrics cannot be seen, foreseen, or tallied. Some need 'special' vision.

I think I have some of that vision. I'm investing my time, energy, and money for all of you. I ask that you vote for these 4 projects at least one more time, NOW, for you. (and them)

You have less than 24 hours. Please vote now and tell all the other MNOs to vote 'YES' for them, too. The funds are there. They just need at least 477 votes to be in the 'green' by deadline.

@Argon31 , and all concerned Masternodes and Dash people,

Ben Swann only needed 11-26 votes when I was writing this thread. Now he would need 128 votes from a fully funded treasury to be kept on board. Big Mistake! I'll tell you why.

While I'm telling you why in my next post, please tell me WHAT BEN SWANN SHOULD TELL THE WHOLE WORLD for the next few months fulfilling his agreed upon obligations to Dash as to WHY he was defunded.

Here are my reasons why unfunding Ben Swann without a public relations campaign in advance is a problem:

1. WHAT IS 'EVERYONE' GOING TO SAY AS TO 'WHY'? SERIOUSLY!

For at least 3 months, over 5 million+ people worldwide have been hearing about Dash, what it is, how great it is, how it brought Ben Swann back and made him media FREE again (independent), and how it allowed other journalists to follow the same path and be funded by Dash and other cryptos....and now Dash drops him!

He has Dash videos and speaking obligations yet to do! WHAT SHOULD HE SAY?

Reminder: He is 'TRUTH' in Media. The least harmful thing he could truthfully say is, "I DON'T KNOW!".

But HOW 'unharmful' to Dash is that really?

So, let me think....how many proposals (many) is Dash funding (many) and spending how much money (MILLIONS) on marketing to further its mission and market capitalization?

How many of those proposals have a single, sole mouth-piece with an intelligent, articulate, knowledgeable, capable, handsome and charming front man with 20+ years of experience leading the way and being fearless and outspoken for humanity? Who has a large and loyal world-wide following BECAUSE he is honorable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and truthful?

Soooo, where is everyone?
No one is concerned about this?

Ben Swann works daily.
There is no one to replace him.
He records 2-3 times per week on average.
He is traveling internationally on speaking engagements for Dash.

He is a HUMAN, not a bot!
He needs energy, motivation, resources, rewards, and appreciation to continue on.

He needs to stay well, looking good, and in good mind and spirits.

How do you suggest he do that for the next few months?
Should he cancel all his public appearances?
Immediately close up shop?
Dismantle DASH studio?
Sell-off all he can at give-away prices?
Layoff all his workers?

Time and notice are needed in professional workings.
Perhaps new sponsors will come forward, fans will fund-raise.

What is Dash going to do?

An immediate public relations strategy is needed.

Ben Swann is not some little individual. He is a huge, well-known BRAND interwoven in several Dash and crypto platforms.

I have ideas.

Does anyone else?

One solution is to DDOS attack the IP addresses who voted NO in your proposal.
If the masternodes become unreachable these last 4 hours the voting deadline occures, their vote will not count. Of course this solution is an illegal one.

Sorry, I'm not into those desperate measures of doing wrong things or having the few over-ride the masses (unless perhaps if lives are in jeopardy or there is other major harm). There may be major financial harm, and harm to Dash's brand and credibility, but if I informed people the best I could and others didn't do what they could to help, or ignored my warnings, then they will just have to deal the best they can with the results.

How many voters have seen this thread?
Please everyone, just share it with them.

Next month may be too late.
Damage will have been done. The public will know.

@Helper Dash if Ben Swann is not funded this cycle, it doesn't necessarily mean the end of his business relationship with Dash. Ben himself has acknowledged this just today in our discord chat

We were faced with impossible choices this treasury cycle.

I am confident Ben Swann can be funded next month. The size and scope of the proposal may have to be reduced somewhat to get it done.

It is worthwhile to consider why we are in this unfortunate position. It is the classic irresistible force meets the immovable object.

The irresistible force is the reduced value of Dash. Nobody could have anticipated a greater than 75% drop in the value of Dash in 90 days.

The immovable object is the popularity and notoriety of the Dash Treasury. We had a metric ton of proposals this month.

Bad things have to happen when you have 6 million dollars worth of proposals, and only 2.8 million dollars in the treasury. As a percentage of the Dash Treasury, 800 Dash just became too big. But Ben has expressed some flexibility in this matter.

I like a good conspiracy theory as much as the next guy. Try this one: The legacy banking system and Wall Street want to shove some money into crypto because they see the hand writing on the wall. But they want a great entry price. And hey, look at that new Bitcoin futures market. The nice Wall Street folks know how to manipulate that. It's technically sort of not even illegal in the cryptocurrency universe since they are mostly not securities.

This is all the fault of the bankers....

And, where would you store excess funds? You would not put it in a Masternode? That strikes me as bad stewardship.

He lied to Dash Watch and told them he had converted the money and spent it on making his studio.
Instead he dumped it in a node. This is what happens when you give free money in exchange for nothing.
@jeffh pointed out where the money went. Good job.

@dashwatch was busy getting their own stuff passed.

You are one of those people who cannot see anything with a critical eye.
You vote on buzz words, zimbabwe, venezuela.

Ben swann is the purest form of garbage there is. I was happy to see the 78 vote strike on that garbage.

For the record, I said I DID NOT see the address operating a masternode.

I also realize my post in Discord mentioned seeing 1,400 dash sitting there but in fact it is 1,040 - little dyslexia moment.

While we may have a temporary PR problem if we stop funding Ben, it also isn't a good idea to back MNOs into a corner and say that they have to keep funding someone or suffer the consequences.

That's mob-like behavior and I want no part of it.

It's also worth noting that we seem to have a recurring theme lately where proposals get funded once, then return later for more funds and get upset that the voting body doesn't want to keep giving them money.

They're allowed to do that! That's why we have voting and we generally don't like crazy long multi-months contracts, because things change and what might seem like a reasonable allocation of funds one month - might not the next.

That's my two cents.

No, that has nothing to do with the explanation. I have not discussed the specifics of your accusations with Ben. I merely pointed out that name calling and personal attacks are unprofessional and hurt your argument. Did he actually say that he sold/converted the dash to pay for it? Please source. How much dash is still in the address compared to how much was received? Perhaps he spent some cash that he already had on hand but would not have been willing to spend if he did not have additional assets.

1. What did Ben actually promise, exactly?
2. What evidence do you have that proves Ben is lying?

The report you're talking about is for his previous proposal I think. I don't believe the report I saw is in relation to his more recent proposal and the funds I saw in that address were from the more recent proposal.

We gave him money to do stuff. Primarily 2 things, 1. working on the studio so he is not dependent on renting studio space from others--a key point of failure.

2. Producing independent news stories on a published schedule. This involves substantial research staff, production staff, travel expenses, etc.

Here are my questions for you Argon31

1. Do you agree that he has produced and published news stories according to the published and expected schedule?

2. Do you agree that he has to store the money for the construction of the studio and the paying of staff somewhere?

To clarify what was said, there is blockchain evidence that there is a 1,000 dash transaction traceable to funds that Ben Swann received which are only one or two transactions away from the payment address.

However, I was careful to mention that I did not see a masternode matching that collateral transaction id at the time.

My words were twisted and information was left out to fit a specific narrative.

That being said, it's worth another look now and I'll try to remember to take a look when I'm not on mobile.

If anyone wants to look in the meantime, just look for where the money is going out of the payment address for the recent proposal.

but for a MN u need 1 transaction carrying 1k Dash !

I'd like to once again re-iterate what I said earlier though in that THERE IS NO MASTERNODE RUNNING OFF THIS COLLATERAL @Argon31. If you take the txid or the address for the 1000 Dash output and put them into https://www.dashninja.pl/ - you'll see that given neither of those keys are you able to find a masternode.

I want to stay neutral in this argument but everyone needs to have their facts straight.
