Allowing masternode owners to designate their nodes as non-mixing

How about adding a launch parameter to allow masternodes to opt out of mixing. If we make it optional, MNOs could decide for themselves if they want their masternodes mixing coins.

You can do that by yourself.

Just comment the relevant code that is responsible for mixing coins in the source code, and then compile dashd.

Do you want me to compile a dashd like that? How much do you pay me for doing it?
