Ive tried all the above option from deleting the darkcoin folder contents except the wallet the wallet.dat file, un-installed it, re-installed it, copying and pasting the above peer.dat file, waited 20 mins for sync to start, looking for other dark wallets...all my other 10 wallets work fine...
