You provide the DRK address, the script looks up the value of each receiving transaction for that address and determines the USD value based on the market averages for that day. Spits out a USD total at...
I'm curious if the development team has automated testing in place to catch these splitting/mixing bugs. Ideally it should be tested on some kind of testnet or simulated testnet with many different sized inputs and fast confirmation times before the code is pushed out.
Thanks. I was able to build using this advice and the instructions in readme-qt.rst using the following commands:
git clone https://github.com/darkcoinproject/darkcoin/
cd darkcoin
git checkout remotes/origin/master-rc5
sudo apt-get install qt4-qmake libqt4-dev build-essential libboost-dev...
I'd like a 32-bit version of the darkcoin-qt binary compatible with Ubuntu:
darkcoin-qt: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64, version 1 (GNU/Linux), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.6.24, BuildID[sha1]=26d75c01723f49193ab1ba2af7e7bac552d76c70, not stripped darkcoin-qt: ELF...
Is there a reason why 10.13.0 has not been pushed to https://github.com/darkcoinproject/darkcoin-binaries/tree/master/rc ? I'm not familiar with the development/github structure.
Hey Evan, thanks so much for taking the time to respond. I bet what's happening is, although my darksend settings are identical for both clients, the current pools of funds don't match up in terms of compatibility, so I'll match them up. Probably wouldn't hurt for me to run a testnet MN as well...
Does anyone have tips for troubleshooting DarkSends that aren't going through? In particular, on the testnet, if there is any difference (e.g. due to fewer master nodes or peers).
I've had a couple clients running overnight that have stalled out. One got through much or all of the splitting...
It appears that teamer's testnet faucet is down at https://drkipn.com/test/faucet/. Can anyone send me some testnet coin? mtobea1SsdewQgqm9JYqGevjk5ybTS1sVk
Bug (that you're probably already aware of): Invalid number (-2) in "Darksend Rounds" column in the Coin Control window. (v10.12.29 linux)
Thanks for addressing this, I was experiencing issues with this as well.
I'm using the Linux client. As far as I can tell, starting the client with the -testnet client seems sufficient to get it to connect to the testnet without modifying any configuration files, but does anyone know otherwise?
About how long does it take folks to start and complete the DarkSend process on the testnet? I'm using v10.12.29 with settings:
DarkSend rounds to use: 3
Amount of Darkcoin to keep anonymized: 100
(unchecked) Disable Darksend
