You're right, I think I Should remove this line from my dash.conf, even if it seems that the programm choose port 9999 himself:
2019-02-27 14:45:00 Bound to [::]:9999
2019-02-27 14:45:00 Bound to 0.0.0.0:9999
2019-02-27 14:45:00 AddLocal(xxxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9999,4)
Considering the getinfo, I assume it's dash-cli getinfo?
If so may be there is a problem again since the blocks is 0:
"version": 130100,
"protocolversion": 70213,
"walletversion": 61000,
"balance": 0.00000000,
"privatesend_balance": 0.00000000,
"blocks": 0,
"timeoffset": 0...
Thanks, I use dashd-reindex and it started (dashd), of course it's not sync.
I did not delete evodb folder before using the reindex command, you think it's a problem?
EDIT: is there a command to track the sync progression?
Thanks for your answer.
I know the balance is 0 dash, but I need to acces the hystory transactions (or at least the requested payment I had received) of the wallet.
Does the fact that the balance is 0 prevent the recovery?
I did not found anything in the Dash explorer.
I import all the privkey in a new wallet (I launch dash without any wallet.dat, and import the privkey in the new generate wallet.dat).
I used the same corupted wallet that was recovered a year back. I assume that the fact I recovered some privkey...
I tryed a manual rescan in the option, tryed to relaucnh the wallet, still blanck history, like if I did nothing, except I see my 29 address in the request payment tab.
I assumed I missed a point since it worked in the past, and since Bittwalletrecovery gave my the 29 privatekeys...
Thanks a lot
EDIT:
So, I did it, but my wallet is still blanck, except that I see my 29 address in my "receive address", transaction history is still empty, no transaction traces...I assume I missed a check box or a command somewhere?
Ok, thanks.
I got 29 privkey, I try to search all the related public address in dash blockchain explorer and try to find one matching mine?
I tryed some random importprivkey with the 29, one by one, and if I understand, only one will show something because it's not password protected? Am I...
Thanks for your answer.
I set up a vultr server just to do it.
I used Ubuntu 14.04x64
I put wallet.dat and bitwalletrecovery.py on the root folder.
I then install dependancy and libs:
## sudo apt-get install python3-setuptools
## sudo easy_install3 pip
##
## Install libs:
##
## sudo pip...
Hi, few month ago I was stucked with a corrupted wallet that was corrupted.
It appears that it was corrupted during encryption process, and it was recovered using bittwalletrecovery.py...
It looks like:
a) dashd has not started despite the dashman's message "--> Starting dashd... DONE!" - not very likely
The dashman status worked, the sync worked, so I was thinking dashd was running
I have that return:
24792 ? 01:27:41 dashd
I don't know if you have seen my edit, but 2...
About your proposal, I'm not familiar whith it, but may be you'll get more vote for a 66dash proposal than for a 132 dash if it's not explicit enough for the people (may be it is, once again I'm not familiar with thoses vote things)
EDIT: a couple of hours later everithing is solved by itself, except the balance still at 0
EDIT2: after another hour the balance indicate 1000
I have some trouble setting up a MN with the guide posted before and the last DMT: The MN seems to be enabled in the DMT, I can vote, but on dasninja...
thanks for the explanation.
I shall start with a coupe of Trezor, and then try to figure a way to remember the list of words. (or find a convenient way to keep them safe)
Thanks for your advice.
I understand, it was for having a backup in case of breaking/loosing it.
I understand I can generate a new one with the word/card, but I was thinking it could be an interresting solution to already have my backup somewhere (may be it's a stupid idea...)
Thank you for your explanations.
I will order a couple of Trezor and by the time they arrived I'll look into the last revision of the guide (and probably ask a few questions...)
Have a nice day.
