after hours of mining on p2pool my payout isn showed yet....4 blocks found... miner going and coming..........but for me there was a line with written "no shares yet"

i've read all the things on the forum about this type of miinng but i cannot mine with my two baikals on that type of pools,,, simply after 5 hours of mining on p2pool it cointinue to says no shares yet instead of the payout.................terrible,, what should i do?i ve seen miner coming and...
