It is infeasible for MN owners to decide this. I would say at least 40% of Masternodes are managed by a few individuals (5-10) so it isn't like 2000 votes being cast. Tao, my main issue is that you are very quick to push PR for DASH before it is OFFICIAL. This isn't necessarily about whether DASH is a good name, it is about timing. I would hate to see you jump the gun on PR for a name that may not be. There would be pushback from those outside the community...

Listen to youself. Calling it DASH before the final decision is going to make people think this is a unilateral decision more so than they already think!

I wouldn't worry too much about it. It seems like someone who knows enough to muddle around in the code for defects, but just wants to take down other coins (except the ones they invested in) rather than help the cryptocurrency community as a whole.

I figured out my issue. My masternodeprivkey changed. Here are the steps to fix: 1. Open wallet with your 1,000 DRK 2. Unlock wallet 3. Open Debug Console -> enter "masternode genkey" 4. Copy that key into your darkcoin.conf and/or masternode.conf files on BOTH your 1000 DRK wallet and your...

When was the last protocol update? I was able to just restart darkcoind rather than starting my MN from the wallet although it seems like I should have started from the wallet.

Updated my MN. Wow! Less than a 24 hours after release and already 1/3 of the MN's are on a new version. Nice.

From what I understand CoinPayments is one of the options that takes the least amount of information from you when signing up and their fees are fair. Obviously the cheapest way to accept DRK on your site is setting up your own wallet or building your own app that takes DRK. Good luck...
