I've tested InstantX and there is my small report: 1. I've got 1000 tDRK. 2. I send 100 tDRK to y4EVP3EWvt9gt7AeU3xGZD3uZvc4xy1L26 and I've got status, that verified via instantx. 3. I try to send another 100 tDRK and get "insufficient funds" error. All transactions are not DS+.

I think that one of the solution is to DDoS him.
