Testnet is now stopping at a block (#84184) waiting for new block with 0.5 diff which is not easy to mined after you stop mining (which was getting a block every 5 second), IMHO. BTW, we need more hash on testnet to move the block...

Mining should be blocked until all synced.. my node forked when got new block with different payee while not completely sync .

If your block is like 90,000+ , please delete your blocks and start re-sync with network from scratch. :)

FYI, Current hard fork scheduled on mainnet is around September 6th, 2015 at #328008 as commented in https://github.com/dashpay/dash/blob/0d625c888d3b3fa51768ea92a2d0118eb5ea1bad/src/main.cpp#L1572

The proposal seems to get paid correctly (3.33333330). While the amount is less than what being paid to masternode on normal block, it's appear that miners get the rest, is this correct as expected ?

I understand that the instantX transaction is designed to be another layer of verification of transaction on top of normal proof of work blockchain. So, all the check of POW will be check at verification time of locking as well. If the instantx is not verified , it will become normal...

IMO, Forking is normal on POW network, no need for prevention. The ill connected node will need to be resync to the main network if the node want to be part of the network. The ill connected is not network problem it's node's problem.

The bootstrap servers was not upgrade to the latest commit yet may cause this error on your pool. Please retry and let us know if this issue is still happening ?
