$MN$ v3 updated - Receive text message or email notifications upon masternode payment

I asked Minotaur some time ago if I could use some of the 'official' artwork from the branding thread and he said sure no problem, if that helps. I've been pinching it and noodiling with it plenty. :) BTW great work g8F98FF3gjafogj4!

    Average bandwidth/traffic per Masternode

Remembering to multiply seconds in an hour by the number of hours in the day does indeed lead to more accurate numbers! In my defence- no, I've got nothing.

    Average bandwidth/traffic per Masternode

No, I have a 1TB monthly cap and a fat pipe. Was running about the same 7GB give or take a bit when I had them on Amazon too, but that was costly. Avg is about 20-30kB/sec in and out per MN for the last 7 days according to the host stats.

    Average bandwidth/traffic per Masternode

Per day? I'm averaging about 7GB/month on each of mine.

    Automated Masternode Install

Looks good but you'll probably want to stick a delay between starting darkcoind and running getinfo or it'll give you an 'unable to connect to server' - 20 secs is usually fine for an update but you might need a bit longer than that with a fresh install. I think you can also run masternode...

    Multisig Address for Master Nodes?

The MN doesn't care whether the address has one privkey or twenty, just that there's a 1000DRK vin. I made a some simple multisig demo apps, this one may be useful to you to play with...

Darkcoin's Instant Transactions could revolutionise cryptotrading

Fastest listed is Fastcoin, 48 seconds. InstanTX should be over twice as fast... Hopefully InstanTX will have more people trading in and directly back out again on exchanges, instead of letting their balance sit there and either dwindle in value or vanish outright. I poked my head out of the...

Free SMUT! (Simple Masternode Update Tool)

Thanks werdgod! 1. Yeah I could do a CLI version I suppose... 2. I tried this in previous versions, you're right it's just a simple loop, but I was trying to keep the interface as simple as possible, if I'd released it as it was I would have had to call it Complicated Update Node Tool and that...

    v0.10.15 - Onyx Release

I think that enforcement and InstanTX actually might be very similar problems. Right now pools can get away with cheating the system; in the future, InstanTX is going to require rock solid Masternode control of the blockchain and potential rogue actors to make it usefully reliable.

New Masternode share - 9 partners wanted, 100DRK each, 1 month renewable agreement...

SMUT does it all for me... Updated to 10.15.17

    v0.10.15 - Onyx Release

Question: If a misbehaving pool finds/solves a block, and that block is then orphaned, neither the miners on that pool nor any masternode gets paid for that block? ie. the coin supply for that day is reduced by whatever the block reward for that block was? edit: what I'm getting at is - if...

    Bitcoin Rush episode Thread

Spending money within the crypto scene is a complete waste. Cryptognats already know what Darkcoin is, and they mostly don't give a shit about it. If you're going to spend money on marketing, spend it on something that will appeal to a broader audience, ie. hire a professional firm to do it.

    v0.10.15 - Onyx Release

But will we regret it when x11btcltcbtc.com rebrands itself x11masternodefactory.com and starts breeding Masternodes at an ever rising rate? 10% of the total hashrate compounded via MN's is what, ~3 Masternodes/week averaged over the next 12 months... Why aren't there any (except our own...

What other altcoins are DRKcoiners into?

I don't have as much shiny as I'd like (who ever does?) but I'm working on it. I might need to work a bit faster though. China has about one month's worth of silver left, apparently.

    v0.10.15 - Onyx Release

Sounds like a big attack vector. Could a malicious patch for one coin adversely affect others running on that pool? Not that I'm thinking of trying it, just wondering what would happen if a pool admin applied some patch ostensibly from a trusted source that turned out to be a big spanner in the...

A bit of help for a mate, if you've a moment?

Find out what GPU you have in your box... ;) edit, sorry, didn't see your edit. What GPU is it then?

How the hell do you apply a Darkcoin patch to scrypt servers?

    v0.10.15 - Onyx Release

I've heard a few people complain in the past about vultr rebooting or stopping/starting VPS's without warning. Don't take this as a personal criticism, it isn't, but when you go for the cheapest possible service you probably get what you pay for. I'm seriously thinking again about running my own...

A bit of help for a mate, if you've a moment?

Have you tried decreasing thread count or increasing lookup gap - TC and LG, as it suggests? What GPU are you running? There are some example configs here, although I don't know how up to date they are: https://docs.zoho.com/sheet/published.do?rid=12cbm2fe8ce55abb2476daa0f8c576b442d40&mode=html
