Pre-Proposal: Elite Hackaton for Dash Global Marketing

I know @ragnars and he did discuss this idea with me before. I like it and I'll vote for it.

stellar has dead cheap fees , can we drop our fees to match them?

Stellar token distribution has nothing with their transaction time. They could distribute 100% tokens, yet have same "almost instant" payments. The difference is their consensus mechanism. AFAIR they use a BFT within quorums of nodes (but don't quote me on that). I doubt it's usable in dash...

Mechanism by which MNOs can be awarded dividend-like payouts

Well, one always can grab a current list of masternode addresses and sent a multioutput transaction there. Most likely several ones, I doubt a transaction could have 4k+ outputs.. The question would be who and how will operate such New Treasury. The usual governance question..

Electrum - Dash with Ledger Nano S

Since it works under Linux, this might be related to the similar crash on other HW devices, both under Windows and OSX. We're investigating it.

Dash Escrow Managed Operations: DEMO Incubator Inc.

I don't quite get it, sorry. There's no technical option to "inject unspent funds back". You just can burn them, redistribute back to masternodes, or propose another way to use them. What's your choice - that was my question.

Is Dash Electrum wallet secure more then exodus?

Agree with @strophy. Would add that I would welcome any feedback about dash electrum, since I'm managing the development/support and the release process.

    Building the Dash DAO

First of all, technical note: I'm not sure to what extent I'm in a Core Team, since technically, Dash-Electrum support is funded through a separate Budget proposal, not from the Core's budget. Second, I doubt that point of view of @JulioDash significantly contradicts any that's going right now...

Who and how will decide on the usage of funds, that weren't delivered to (failed) projects? How this would be enforced?

    BIG treasury

Yes, something like this Dash network doesn't set legal structures. People and other legal entities do.

    BIG treasury

A decentralized network can't buy shares in a company, since it has no legal representation. OTOH, someone would be able to create a, say, LLC, submit a proposal to the treasury and get funded to perform such transaction. This is not a legal advice :)

    Electrum Dash Testnet

You have to have electrumx server, that's connected to a testnet. As soon as you've got one, point your electrum client to your server - and you're done. We've been running one for our own testing purposes, but I'm blanking right now for the ip address.

    Instantsend on Electrum DASH

It's still in the development pipeline. We'll soon release electrum 2.9.3 and continue with other features (likely submitting another budget proposal). Remember, you can vote for the task priorities at https://trello.com/b/fcoZOZOm/electrum-dash
