Hi @DynhoJ There is no way to get a refund once the 5 Dash is spent/burned. There may be some community members who would be willing to give you a donation out of sympathy. @tungfa do you have any thoughts on this?

That's a great idea! You should submit a proposal to do that. ;) I have a project treatment from Envy Creative that includes a first draft script, but I don't want this proposal discussion to be about creative opinions. We are going to rely on the creative experts -- that is what we are paying...

We will be happy to work closely with any Marketing Firm. Regardless, it will probably take months for them to get up to speed and do anything. This is something we can do now.

Shouldn't these services be vetted before receiving the "official" endorsement that is implied by a listing on dash.org?

I used Dash Central, which I think is nearly identical to proposal.dash.org I suggest waiting before submitting another proposal. This 5 Dash is spent, but l'm not certain you still can't complete the proposal submission. Wait to hear back from @nmarley, or maybe @rango has some insight.
