I already voted yes on this. I think it's a step in a good direction. As the value of Dash is not fixed, keeping the proposal price fixed makes no sense in the long run.

You can't just throw money at something and expect results. If there are good ideas, they will be funded. If not, then it's better not to even get that dash into circulation.

Dash is not mature yet. Before Evolution update rolls out and all the kinks are resolved, development must take priority. We already have a very good part of the budget delegated to marketing.
