Worked for me too but it took a few hours. Total balance was 1215 coins and I set 25 for 4 rounds. Ended up with 26 coin anonymized. I think the issue is just with finding pairs. If nobody is working with small amounts then you have to wait. Maybe the code can be improved, but I don't think...

What does coin control look like? Since you only know that it is going to anonymize more than 1000 coins but not the actual number there many be another 10-15 coins that will be added to your anonymized balance when they reach 8 rounds.

Evan, any way you can include the "n/a" as 0 when you compute the percentage for the status bar? As it is now, you jump to 1 round and then stay there for a long time while all the rest of your coins get to 1 round. Makes it look like the client is "stuck" when it there really is no problem.

Not to be rude, but how old is your computer? It took me about 1 minute to generate the keys for a new wallet. And this was while I was downloading the Bitcoin blockchain... I am thinking you are a bit of a edge case.
