I'm doing doing my meet-up tonight. Can't sleep. I transferred 1.65 Dash to my phone, to give to the first 30 people. Worried that fewer or more will attend. Checked exchange rates again. I sure hope this works out! :-)

Thanks @mastermined... Whenever I go to the pub, Dash is all that I talk about to people. The 11 faces in the photo at https://dash-africa.com/dash4beer/ will almost certainly attend, and bring friends. I can't cope with more people than that.

Thanks for the reply, @mastermined I honestly expect to get 20 attendees without any more advertising. I do not want to deal with more than that for now. There are local places where I could advertise, but there is no need. I simply want to print a few posters. Does this make sense to you?

I'm bursting with ideas. Meet-ups for: a local pub, a local Bridge school, and a local disadvantaged community, many of whose homes were destroyed by a recent fire. But I need some feedback to know, which are appropriate? Ta.

Hello @mastermined and @thedesertlynx I plan to organize a meetup at my local pub. I'll prepare the merchant to accept Dash for beers. I'll advertise, in advance. Few people would say "no" to free beers! I think that I can realistically expect 20 people to participate and install wallets...

I'm really liking these ideas! A DAO for Dash-funded artists, wow! But I think that a lot of admin will be required to get it all going. Who decides which artists will get funded? Masternodes? Or One centralized person? Or will there be a committee? Wow... I love the diversity of ideas...

I like the idea. @liberalcoins what is your target market? Geographically / income bracket etc..? If you could make this work, there would be a huge market in Africa. But it would require marketing. I completely love the idea of local exchanges. But they'd need to be based on...
