GUI tool for running Masternode with Trezor

I have not encountered any issues in v0.9.40-beta2 (pre-release)
If anyone has, please inform us in here or inform Bertrand directly.
 
Dash Masternode Tool v0.9.40 has been published

This is basically the same version as 0.9.40-beta2 (no issues have been reported).

Fixed:
- "Incorrect number of bindings supplied" error in the wallet dialog
- Workaround for Ledger error when trying to send a Dash Platform withdrawal transaction
- Wallet: fixed bug related to showing an incorrect account balance
- Wallet: significantly improved wallet content refresh performance and reduced data transfer size, especially when using "public RPC nodes"

Changed:
- Allow voting with masternodes having the same voting key
- Removed option to hide Masternodes (network) tab in main window
- Updated dependent libraries to the latest supported versions
- Switched to Python 3.12
