Is it old MN's IP is better than new IP?

Hello. What about priority? I have old IP about 1 year active status, but due to update to 12.1 I want to change to new IP. But private key and VIN is old.

You can change IP if you want / need. When you upgrade to 12.1 you will need to resync the block chain and you will need to restart your MN from the wallet with 1000 dash. This will put you at the beginning of rewards que. So new or old IP you will end up at the same place with the network only caring about what you started your new node with. Hope that helps

no the que position is tied to to vin or txid + vout not the IP
