Hi everyone, I'm having a nightmare with my wallet. It gives me a fatal error and shuts every time I try to run it.
New Windows 10 computer, I first encountered problems caused by Norton. I removed Norton, deleted all files, recreated the files from the bootstrap and it worked fine. However...
I get tired of all this "shut out the non-MNOs" bullshit. Look at the date I joined this forum! I pre-date every one of you asking for an MNO-only section by a very long time. I don't have a masternode, probably never will, but every penny I own is in Dash. According to you guys this means I...
So what is happening? Is the 0.12.1.5 properly synced? Do you see any transactions in that wallet?
Something puzzles me about your screenshots above. You said you don't recognise those transactions, and the dates show 2013!! Darkcoin/Xcoin genesis block wasn't until 19th January 2014, which...
Hi @utlord! First make sure your Darkcoin wallet.dat is backed up, preferably with multiple copies (Appdata > Roaming > Darkcoin assuming you're in Windows), then make sure you are running the latest Dash QT wallet. It should be v.0.12.1.5.
Now, with the wallet shut down, locate Appdata >...
I'm a little puzzled that you're asking about Masternode shares whilst at the same time asking about the safest way to store your masternode collateral.
In answer to your question above, however, the masternodes service the network, not the other way around, and right now the network does not...
Then don't trust them and wait for Evolution to bring the trustless masternode shares. I have shares with both services and am very happy. I am also aware of the risks.
You can store your 1,000 Dash on a Trezor hardware wallet and use this https://www.dash.org/forum/threads/gui-tool-for-running-masternode-with-trezor.13748/. That's by far the safest :)
Hey @ec1warc1 the site seems to be down at the moment.
I'm having fun with it! A few things though. Firstly I couldn't get the site to load in my Firefox, it froze at 94% loaded no matter how many times I refreshed. It's the latest version Firefox with a ton of plugins on Windows 7. I tried...
I think you're misinterpreting the text. The reason for holding up the piece of paper, I'm confident, is only to prove that the photograph was taken specifically for the purpose of Kraken verification, and not stolen or bought online as a fake identity.
I'd also argue that there is nothing...
Also nobody is going to download an app just on their friends' say so without finding out more about what it is first, either by asking their friends or searching on the internet. If they did they'd be unlikely to have even the interest to navigate the wallet to find the videos.
Yes, look after your wallet.dat, save multiple backups and then you can just drop it into any install of Dash Core wallet. With multiple copies made of wallet.dat while your wallet was shut down, have you tried removing Dash wallet and reinnstalling again from scratch? The bootstrap will save...
