Due to mass scams via DM, opening new DMs has been turned off

I will implement a system next week to ensure more prominent/active members of the community can still send DMs. Existing DMs can still be replied to, but new ones cannot be opened by most users right now.

CMC rates Dash at 4.1/5 stars - How to push it up

But this website seems to be a load of shit... * It says our GH was created in Mar 2024 (ie. now?) * It has "No Data" on market stability, despite giving us a 97% score for that * It has N/A under "Top 10 holders" and all that, despite giving us a 75% for decentralisation I bet you'd need to...

CMC rates Dash at 4.1/5 stars - How to push it up

In regards to "website security" we have DKIM records... do I don't know what they're talking about there. In regards to "first paint" and "website slowness" I'm unsure how we can speed any of that up

Will not sync and shuts down.

Hi, Dash has forked and version 8 of the app has been published to the App Store. It requires iOS 15 or above Being on such an old iOS version, you should have a paper backup of your seed (important!!) then update to the latest iOS version (which I believe is 16.7.4 for the iPhone 8) at which...

A Vision for Dash (by DashMoney - Better late than never!)

12 words isn't insecure at all, it's 128 bits which is what's used for most applications (128 bit AES encryption)

BUG REPORT: Should the votes of a former masternode that just keeps his collateral be counted?

Can you name me a "serious business" that operates like you're suggesting? Generally people will be fired for gross misconduct in serious businesses if they really mess up, but in most countries pay cannot be docked just because you've written a bad line of code or didn't notice a bug report

BUG REPORT: Should the votes of a former masternode that just keeps his collateral be counted?

I think it comes down to a stick vs carrot approach, if a fear such as this is real and very crippling, enough to stop people maybe being able to pay for essentials, do you think they'd ever want to change anything? Software is never, ever 100% bug free... there have been plenty of bugs in every...

BUG REPORT: Should the votes of a former masternode that just keeps his collateral be counted?

If you were a tester, your job would be to write *clear* and *concise* bug reports, ideally in our official Slack. Issue is, we can't possibly trust you to behave yourself there considering you've previously been muted/banned from pretty much every community outlet in Dash at this point and I...

BUG REPORT: Should the votes of a former masternode that just keeps his collateral be counted?

I was paid before for some tiny bug discovery, and I wasnt KYC. Who changed the rules? Does he/she has KYC? If yes, is he still an active member of DCG. If not, why his rules are still valid? Good question, also way above my paygrade! I imagine it has something to do with the US system DCG...

BUG REPORT: Should the votes of a former masternode that just keeps his collateral be counted?

Even if I could move mountains and change the rules of the bounty, you'd also need to be KYC'd etc... which I imagine you wouldn't want? The DCG bounty is limited in scope and probably won't change for a while... Why not start your own bounty with funds from the treasury directly? This way...

BUG REPORT: Should the votes of a former masternode that just keeps his collateral be counted?

    1. The GitHub issue is just the start of the discussion generally, I would be shocked if you weren't credited in the release notes if a solution is decided upon (and have reminded core team they should credit for that) 2. I've also passed on your suggestion

BUG REPORT: Should the votes of a former masternode that just keeps his collateral be counted?

No you're not inside the program, you can clearly see that on the bug bounty page. It tells you who to contact, it lays out exactly how a bug should be handled... this forum is public. I personally had no idea you've posted the bug here a year ago, and I'm not sure anyone else did either...

BUG REPORT: Should the votes of a former masternode that just keeps his collateral be counted?

I'm not going to comment on whether you're correct as I don't know, but I will say right now the bug bounty program clearly states:
