guys.. i think i solved it!!! after restart, just type ./dashd to get dashd running then type: cd p2pool-hash (forgot the file name, check with ls) and get p2pool running, python run_p2pool.py and it should just connect and with loads of line popping out continuously

the machine is all good, been operating 24/7. but the payout from mining has been dropping. it was almost 0.125dash/day for the first 3 day, and now it's only getting 10/day... In terms of the lead time, if they tell you they have them in stock, then they will ship it out probably as soon as...

i'm sure cybtc is a legit pool, since most of the chinese miners are up there. but they charge a 0.5% fee, i think. So i'm gonna stick with p2pool
