I agree completely. What makes the most sense to me is either using the treasury system, or an offshoot of it that doesn't utilize any of the budget, to allow people to submit goals and MNOs to vote on their adoption. Goals could even have pre-proposal discussions :)

I will say though, we have achieved something pretty neat on reddit. I think we are delivering on something close to 100% of the page loads at r/cryptocurrency or r/bitcoin I genuinely would like to know if someone can get the page to load without a Dash ad.
