Just going to post this here, some additional clarity and guidance regarding the security issue as the SEC has ruled that Ethereum is not a security, and offered guidance to other projects to help make the determination, and also is offering to work with projects to determine a status.

Exactly, the reality is there are a wealth of options. One idea that our team has been kicking around is this, it's the simplest and also the most straightforward. Since we already require a paying membership to vote, the dash could simply be distributed with each vote. Members will vote for the...
It would be a good experiment indeed though creating a paywall typically causes usage to decline sharply. When was the last time you put your credit card number into a paywalled news site who's link you clicked not realizing it was paywalled?
And if it is optional then we are relying on...
Excellent question. All artists today expect to be paid each time their song is played. For example, Spotify currently pays less than one cent per stream which has prompted sustained outcries from musicians for nearly a decade. For example, sometimes don't get paid at all, one artist got paid...
Hello Dash Community,
Feedbands is a five year old music streaming service. On June 4-6 we tested a feature where we paid our artists 10 cents in Dash every time a song of theirs was streamed. During that time, we were able to:
fix some bugs (not all streams were paying)
test out some fraud...
I agree completely. What makes the most sense to me is either using the treasury system, or an offshoot of it that doesn't utilize any of the budget, to allow people to submit goals and MNOs to vote on their adoption.
Goals could even have pre-proposal discussions :)
I've spent a lot of time thinking about this and I very strongly agree with @jeffh.
It is necessary that we have a go-to place to send people when they want to learn about dash which is of course dash.org -yet for it to be an effective destination it needs to have up to date and accurate...

37,000 visits to Dashinformer.com/merchants
Average time on site since April 6 (when we doubled down on CoinDesk and Cointelegraph): 5 minutes 2...
Just want to jump in here and say that Anypay can solve a lot of problems.
We had an industry veteran restaurant sales guy contact us through Dash informer who works on commission basis. His whole professional life he has sold things to restaurants. He wants to sell Dash payments to...
But it doesn't technically settle instantly, it's more of an instant guarantee. The recipient of an instantsend isn't in control of the funds until the standard block confirmations come in, although it's guaranteed they are there.
We made this mistake at our recent event, thinking everyone we...
Great idea, great team, important brand messaging. Intriguing creative.
So as not to overlap, we are running a similar brand message with a large budget:
Which point to the dashinformer.com landing page, featuring the CNN video of Joel using instant send throughout his daily life.
We have...
I will say though, we have achieved something pretty neat on reddit. I think we are delivering on something close to 100% of the page loads at r/cryptocurrency or r/bitcoin
I genuinely would like to know if someone can get the page to load without a Dash ad.
