I would recommend simply being straight with them. Tell them that it's development phase and probably won't get a lot of use. Make it 0 cost, or as close to 0 cost as you can, and they won't mind if it doesn't get used a lot. Present it more as a development cooperative for those curious and interested. Because that's exactly what it is.UPDATE: There have been many comments concerned that once a business is signed up, they will receive no Dash payments and will become disillusioned with Dash. That is a valid concern and this is how I plan to overcome it.
