Platform chain stalled

So the platform chain stalled. Here's my report from an evonode.

I tried

Bash:
dashmate status

and the command hung, over ten minutes went by with no output. So I did CTRL C to exit that.

Then

Bash:
dashmate stop

and then

Bash:
dashmate start

The node started up again and resynced. Now

Bash:
dashmate status

does produce an output and reports an error for the platform chain.

@LustigPenguin try do dashmate status again, what Platform Block Height is your node now on, after you did stop - start - resync ? 32328 or 32325 ? And did it resync Platform chain from scratch or just synced up in a few minutes ?

Also verify Core Height please with dashmate status (should be same as here : https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dash/).

I suspect you are currently stuck at Platform blockheight 32325 (check on https://mnowatch.org/evonodes/), as mine looks like this in dashmate status :

Knipsel.JPG

There is currently too few Evonodes on Platform block 32328 (below 100 Evonodes) to keep blocks going, so right now we are both stuck.

So I was still getting an error and i did

Bash:
dashmate reset

Do not recommend as it seems to be re-syncing the core node. I expect that it will catch up to your node @qwizzie eventually though. Might get PoSe banned while I wait, but such is life.

Lets pray all together, for Platform chain to stay stalled forever.

This is a way for Dash to be saved, otherwise Dash will be devoured by this demonic parasite.

The other way for Dash to be saved, is to vote the numbers and reduce the platform rewards.
OK, my node is back up. Game on!
The pray was not strong enough. The daemons regrouped , and managed to revive the Evolution Demolition Platform parasite. Dash community continues to the path of the doom.

I may not have a prayer strong enough to destroy the demolition platform, but my curse against it remains firm. I hope others will also curse it so that the prayer becomes enough strong in order to eliminate this demonic platform and save the Dash community from destruction.

Lets curse the Platform, lets vote the numbers and reduce the platform rewards to almost zero.

The update is out, go ahead and get v1.5.1
If platform is not working still, then stop platform only, reset platform and start again platform.
