My Dash Transaction is still not redeemed

Hello Everyone,
I transferred some Dash coins into Bitcoins using Changelly but my transaction is still pending on Dash block Explorer. It is showing Not yet Redeemed. Its been more than a day, but my transaction is still pending.

Can anybody help, as I am new to this Dash Interface, and i dont know what to do?
Is it a normal case, does it take so much time to transfer?
Would it get cleared or I lose my money?

hello sir, changelly.com said that they did not receive coins so they are cancelling transactions, and even i don't have any coins left in my wallet?

Please help me in getting my coins

make sure your wallet is v0.12.1.4 and try to zapwallet to get rid of unconfirmed transaction.
