I never felt Maidsafe was a legit competitor really to anything in cryptoland and always thought they were just vaporware but in recently doing one of my due diligence binges on all things crypto it appears their network is up and running for the developers and could go live for all users in a matter of weeks.
The only reason this matters for Dash is I've seen they're claiming anonymity but I haven't been able to figure out how they're claiming that. Anyone who might know Maidsafe well enough care to explain or discredit this supposed anonymity they're claiming? Is it just decentralization (ie are they claiming since no one's in charge of the network no one's able to watch your IP's movements?)
