Liquidate the DIF

Since it is acceptable to bring the hatches out now in search of money for DCG, would those in favor of stealing from the miners, first consider liquidating the DIF and offering the proceeds to DCG?

Granted, some in support of finding funding for DCG are in fact attempting to vote themselves more block rewards - the very unethical, possibly illegal vote buying scheme put forth by DCG.

Perhaps liquidating the DIF is a more palatable first step in self destructing the network.

How much funds / assets does the DIF currently contain ? How much of that can be easily liquidated ?
Then match that against DCG high runrate per month (currently $175,000 to be lowered to $125,000 according Sam)

Also both DCG and the DIF are two seperate legal entities operating on the Dash network, receiving their funding separately from the Treasury.
I am not sure one can be used to top-up the other.
