I can’t transfer tokens to another wallet

Hello
I'm new to working with cryptocurrency.
I can't transfer tokens to another wallet. The error keeps popping up. Please help me understand this problem.

Check if you are using the correct Dash Electrum wallet and not an abandoned Dash Electrum wallet from another dev team (i assume you are aware you are posting this on the Dash forum and are using a Dash Electrum wallet).

Correct Dash Electrum wallet to use : https://github.com/Bertrand256/electrum-dash/releases

If you are already using Dash Electrum v4.1.7.2 (the correct Dash Electrum wallet), then please describe the error that keeps popping up.

Are you sure Qwizzie? The latest version is now maintained by @pshenmic from the Dash Incubator. https://dash-electrum.org/

weird, so there exists two Github repositories now ?

https://github.com/pshenmic/electrum-dash/releases/tag/4.1.7.4
https://github.com/Bertrand256/electrum-dash (tag 4.1.7.2)

Looks like pshenmic repository is indeed latest version and that Bertrand256 repository was intermediair / temporary of nature.

I hope DCG adds the Dash Electrum wallet back to dash.org/downloads with a link to https://github.com/pshenmic/electrum-dash/releases/tag/4.1.7.4 because i had difficulty finding it through a google search in the first place (and then ended up with just finding Bertrand256 version).

I did recently replace my Dash Electrum wallet from old team to Dash Electrum v4.1.7.4 so i did find pshenmic's version before and downloaded and installed it. Most likely i came across it through some forum post somewhere. But google search wise, pshenmic repository is a bit difficult to find right now (unless you already know that he is the maintainer now).
