Find the Coin-Control Check-Box

Where is the option to check on and off Coin-Control?
On the wiki there are only two pictures;
from the drk ages.

Dash Core ==> Preferences ==> Wallet ==> Enable coin control features

Then check Send Tab

Unchecked Coin-Control Check-Box but,
Received notice of "Insufficient Funds".
Where is the Inputs button located?
So that I may uncheck 1,000 DASH.

At Send Tab, click "INPUT"
