"DASH2" infringing Dash's Trademark

If I recall correctly, someone mentioned to me a while ago that Dash had secured the trademark for use as a virtual currency.

It appears that the user apple_talk on Bitcointalk is thinking of infringing this trademark by intending to launch a DASH2 coin, detailled at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1851115.0 . He's even using the Dash logo as part of his intended coin's logo.

If Dash holds the trademark this needs to be stopped.

Yes, April 1st - such an annoying day due to the "is it/isn't" it true stuff.
