..and still no update about the new release, what's happening about that? Did they mean "29 July" at the oldest timezone?
 
The release is due in 6 hours. It was based on American time and not UTC.
 
UTC would place people halfway around the world. First sunrise is either Caroline Island, Tropic of Capricorn or Young Island.
