This thread was created with the specific objective of informing the community about the activities that Dash Maracay is doing to encourage the use of Dash as a payment method.

Dash Maracay is the largest community in the Central Region of Venezuela (1500 people so far and growing…), composed of innovative people and constantly learning about the world of cryptocurrencies.​

We develop a friendly platform where its members interact with each other from the social, cultural and economic point of view, in order to create value in the exchange of this digital asset.

The Dash Maracay community was created by a group of professionals with extensive business and trade experience in the State of Aragua. Its founding members are:

➢Williams Gollini B. Civil Engineer. Former Vice President of the Real Estate Chamber of the State of Aragua

➢ José Manuel Da Silva De Pita. Certified Public Accountant. President of the Chamber of Industry of the State of Aragua (2017-2019). Regional coordinator of the “Aprendiendo a Emprender” program in the Aragua State.

➢Héctor Gómez Camperos. Graduated in Tourism. 1st Vice-President of FEDECÁMARAS Aragua (2017-2019). Former President of the Aragua State Real Estate Chamber.

➢ Eduardo Fuenmayor Fernández. Business administrator. Director at the Aragua State Real Estate Chamber (2017-2019).

On Thursday, April 26, 2018, Dash Maracay was invited to a seminar called Cryptocurrencies, Dollarization and Businesses in Venezuela today, given by attorney Oscar Bohórquez Hurtado, where we inform the following:

This activity was developed in the auditorium of the Professional Center of Aragua (CEPROARAGUA).

Last Monday April 30, 2018, in the spaces of the College of Engineers of the State of Aragua, the Real Estate Company HS-Group developed an Induction Workshop for its new Real Estate Agents, and invited the Dash Maracay team to dictate a small Cryptocurrency seminar and explain about Dash and benefits. In addition to developing this aspect, and the advantage of reporting the adoption of Dash as a form of payment, a practical exercise was done with the download of the digital wallet, and the transfer of small amounts so that its operation could be understood.

On Friday May 11, 2018, at request of Agriquimvet Agropecuaria, CA, Dash Maracay team had a meeting with Senior Executives of that Corporation to explain the world of Cryptocurrencies, and the importance of adopting Dash as payment method for the importation of raw materials for that sector of the industry of the state of Aragua. The meeting took place at the company's facilities, and attendees were able to dispel their doubts regarding the use of Dash.

On May 24, was held the conference: "Dash: a tool for building worker loyalty". The event was held in the auditorium of the Chamber of Industry of the State of Aragua, and was attended by 80 people, mostly managers involved in the areas of Human Resources and Personnel Administration of the companies.

On June 15 the Dash Maracay team had a meeting at the headquarters of the Chamber of Industry of the State of Aragua with the Hacker & Founder Community, Héctor Gómez, Williams Gollini and José Manuel Da Silva, explained in detail the qualities of the use of Dash in transactions and highlighted the advantages of this cryptocurrency to be used as a means of payment.

They recalled that part of the goal is to encourage the responsible use of Dash and contribute to turning Venezuela into a Dash Nation.

Rafael Hernández, founder of Hacker & Founder Maracay, offered details about the H & F community and thanked the Dash Maracay team for their receptiveness. The activity ended with a dynamic of Net Working where all the attendees shared experiences

More than 200 people, including entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs and the general public gathered on June 19 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the State of Aragua where the Dash conference was held: A world of opportunities.

The activity was organized by Dash Maracay, a community in charge of promoting the use of Dash in business at the local and regional level, with the aim of converting it, together with the support of other communities, into the most widely used cryptocurrency in the country, especially as a means of payment with the exchange of goods and services.

The event was held with the special participation of the well-known Brazilian youtuber and content generator in Portuguese, Rodrigo Ambrissi, known in the network as Rodrigo Digital.

Last Tuesday, July 3, the community Dash Costas de Aragua made its first conversation with the residents of Choroní, municipality Girardot. Aragua

The meeting was led by the teams of Dash Venezuela, Dash Maracay and the newly founded Dash Costas de Aragua.

The event was held in the town of Puerto Colombia, an important tourist area of the coasts of Aragua, where merchants, fishermen, tour operators and farmers of the Choroní communities gathered.

Once explained the concept of Dash - Digital Money, and its use as a payment cryptocurrency, at the end of the event, twelve (12) of the attending businessmen expressed their willingness to adopt Dash as an alternative payment in their shops and tourist activities.

On July 20, we successfully held the event called "How to Boost the Real Estate Market with Dash and other Cryptocurrencies".

The speakers explained the attributes and benefits of Dash, as well as the development of the communities in Venezuela.

The main topic called "How to Make Real Estate Contracts with Cryptocurrencies" was presented by the lawyer Óscar Bohorquez, co-founder of the Real Estate Chamber of Aragua.

The presentation was masterful and generated a lot of expectation among Real Estate Brokers and Franchises that accompanied us.

The event was mainly financed by Dash Venezuela, with contributions from Dash Maracay, sponsorship of Remax Venezuela, Century 21 Venezuela, Exoinca Real Estate, Inmobilia.com Magazine, Abitare Real Estate and Tu Pana Charcutero

This strategic alliance allowed realizing an event of great quality and knowledge.

196 new Dash wallets were downloaded, and small amounts of Dash were paid to the attendees. With these giveaways the attendees bought their lunch to the entrepreneurs, who accompanied us.

The experience lived with Dash Maracay and the Real Estate of the Country Center, carried out today, allowed us to reach a new level of development in the expansion of knowledge about the relevance of the use of Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technology.

Focusing on such a complex sector, which handles large volumes of money in its transactions, with legal complications, in the context of a national economic-financial crisis, is really audacity, to which many economic and institutional actors must pay attention.

This event must have further consequences; it cannot be left in the past. Furthermore, three Real State Corporations asked for workshops focused on adjusting Real Estate transactions for inflation and the use of Dash in this sector. As a result, realtors and all players involved will have access to new KNOW HOW TO MAKE REAL ESTATE CONTRACTS IN INFLATION ENVIRONMENT.

Many peoples understood why use Dash..!

There are two basic reasons:

1. - Dash is the only one that is working on the creation of important communities.

2.- Using predominantly a single cryptocurrency, allows achieving what happens with the English language in the world.

Dash Maracay bets on the Future of cryptocurrency

Since the first quarter of this year, Dash Maracay has made notable efforts to promote the use of Dash as a payment method.

On September 26 Dash Maracay held the conference called "The Future of Digital Money", where about 200 people attended the event, who received all the information necessary to adopt Dash as a form of payment

The presentations were given by the leaders of the Dash Maracay community, Eugenia Alcalá from Dash Venezuela, Alexis Lugo Dash Venezuela and Ernesto Contreras from the Dash Core Group.

The past 20 of October initiated the first Advanced Course in Cryptoeconomics.

Dash Maracay community was in charge of organizing this course in agreement with Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua and the Digital Culture Center.

The teachers are specialists in their areas, this innovative program will be developed during 8 consecutive Saturdays, where the participants will be able to apply the acquired knowledge to develop their business ideas in the world of cryptocurrencies.

Dash Maracay this week held a special workshop to participants of the Specialized Studies Program in Cripto Economics, an academic program that began this month at the Bicentennial University of Aragua (UBA), with the support of Dash Maracay and the Center for Advanced Studies for the Crypto - Economy (Ceace). The activity was attended by the main representatives of Dash Maracay, who offered interesting information about Dash, cryptocurrencies and the safety of cryptoactives, as well as the use of wallets. The meetup was held at the headquarters of Direx UBA, where participants receive their classes.
