California Judge says CFTC Can Serve Ooki DAO Founders
Apparently, this is regarding leveraged and margined retail commodity transactions. I'm not familiar with this DAO. For now dash might be in the clear but I am not so sure for the future, either because they might extend their reach to other transaction types or because dash credits are a promise of a 1:1 future swap.

A California judge has ruled that the two founders behind Ooki DAO can be served in a regulator’s lawsuit against the project.

In its original filing, the CFTC said that Ooki DAO’s founders were wrong in their assertion that by giving the protocol to the community, there would be “nothing we can really do” when regulators asked them to comply with rules.
