All 0.12.1.3 masternodes showing as partially inactive

I've noticed that all 0.12.1.3 masternodes are showing as partially inactive. While 0.12.1.4 is active. Anyone know what could be causing this? Also, is there a version 0.12.1.4 we should be upgrading to?

Ok, so they are active, but the version is in yellow... My question still stands though, is there a 0.12.1.4 version we should be upgrading to? Why are there some masternodes already on that version?

Yes there is v12.1.4, but its not yet released, @UdjinM6 said soon...

yes 12.1.4 coming out today - just hold on for a sec until we have that on webpage (ready to download) and officially released
(planning for the next 2-3 hours)
