On our vacation to Barbados, we stayed at the Hilton Resort, which was built next to the UNESCO World Heritage Site ruins of Charles Fort from the 17th century. Today, the resort has direct access to two white-sand beaches (you can walk right out of your suite and into the water), free watersports, tennis, outdoor pools, and a spa with a heated sand massage bed. The resort also has a lot of places to eat, whether you want a quick iced coffee, a cocktail at the beach bar, or an upscale meal – the Lighthouse Restaurant and Careenage Bar were our favourites.
The centre of Bridgetown is only a 15-minute drive away, or you can live like a local and walk into town. Find out more about the Hilton Resort Barbados by clicking here.
