Withdrawal problems in Coins-E

Almost anybody uses them, but just in case... a few days ago a user contacted us because he was having problems to withdraw a few DASH from coins-e and he sent me a few screen captures. I tried to reach out to them to check but they don't answer emails, so I have deleted them from the website and I strongly advise against trading there.

I will repeat that www.bter.com are NOT to be trusted, I tried to withdraw .25 btc a few days ago and it has been sent to a type of pending transaction thats is meant to be paid back when bter get all their btc back that they were scammed via a hack last year.
If you must withdraw, try a small amount of another coin first then more (sound familar anyone?)
