While mining in POOL no DASH is showing up to my wallet?

Hello I downloaded Dash Core wallet with the miner off the Dash mining website and I am having troubles. I ran the miner all night and yet no DASH is showing or coming up to my wallet, it is synced up and it still says 0

If you are running a CPU or GPU miner, your hashrate is probably so low that you have not passed some minimum threshold for either hashing power or payment amounts specified in the T&C of your chosen pool. Mining Dash with CPU/GPU is almost certainly not profitable unless you have access to free electricity, and even then likely still unprofitable because of your hardware expenses. Only ASIC mining is still marginally profitable.
