$30 million...that's...err a holding.

You can only run one masternode with one address with 1000+ dash, right? So the address owner doesn't seem to care about getting lots of votes for treasury proposals.

Looks like they received only a few mining rewards directly.

Cold wallets of big exchanges might only use a single address, I wouldn't think so though. This seems too much for it to be that.
Amanda B Johnson's address, she gets a lot of dash love :D

Looks like an exchange's cold wallet to me. They didn't necessarily "buy" anything...that's merely a transfer.

P.S. Chainz identifies all those inputs as coming from Poloniex addresses, so my guess is that's Poloniex's cold wallet:
