ive tried reinstalling my installing my antiviral software and turning off my windows defender but still cant seem to stop getting pop up that the dash download is unable to bind to the blah blah and more blah. can anyone please tell me how to correct this or if a tutorial was made and posted on you tube ? it seems this was a problem dating back to 2014 but didn't see an answer. thank you
