is it possible to do the property of fungiblity working on masternode level? For example, the security deposit of masternode - 900 or 950, the remaining 50 or 100 on the hot masternodes wallets will work in the process of mixing immediately upon user request? Thus DarkSendMixing will be available 24 hours a day regardless of the users.

I am thinking on the same level. Why not use the MN network to provide instant mixing. But that would only unlink the used addresses from each other. Second point would be to hide the addresses at all from the blockchain in case of anonymous transactions. But with the MN network even that wouldn't be a big deal. Just replace the address with another derived hash then nobody will be able to derive the real address from the address hash. Double spending of an UTXO can easily be prevented. This would also be advantageous over ting signatures because it can be combined with InstantX.
