Is sibcoin a successful fork of Dash and will they be allowed by the Core Group and dash community to also fork evolution, sentinel and future v.13 as open source.
I think the answer to your question is 'yes', although 'successful' is a relative term. It's a fork of dash which is about as much as can be said for it. Anyone can fork the code once it becomes open source
