Send Small Amounts Of DASH - Unsuccessful

I have attempted to transfer 0.19857245/Dash, total amount, from a QT wallet on a laptop which I am pensioning off.

I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to send the funds.

Is the amount too small to send?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
There is no way this amount you wanted to send is to small.
I just checked and I was able to send even small as 0.00005500 dash.
What kind of info do you get back from the qt wallet?

I'll fire up the laptop now and see what happens, it was a few days ago I tried.
 
Might be a while before I can get it going. I started the QT wallet after starting the laptop. I didn't notice the date on the laptop was 2001. QT is just sitting there, doing nothing. Possibly affected by the wrong date. I will shut it down and see if will start OK.

QT is syncing now, I shutdown and opened again, it is 5 days behind.
 
Good then get both clients synced before sending the coins from one to another.

I have made a couple of attempts to send. Have changed the fees, still doesn't send. Now says amount too large. Please see attachment.

Can you exclude the InstantX please and send again? You probably do not have coins to do the IX transaction as it takes 0.01 additional fee. You have the lack of 0.00000003 to send as you wanted.
 
Total fee of .001 .01 + 0.00010003 = 0.00110003; subtract that from .19857245,
try sending 0.19747242

total balance = 0.19857245
tx fee = 0.00010003
IX tx fee = 0.01
so, 0,19857245 - 0.18857245 - 0.00010003 - 0.01 = -0,00010003

You are short for a tx fee, so to empty your wallet max what you can send is: 0.18847242 dash

Try and let us know :)

0.18847242 still says too large. Should I be checking any boxes?
 
Uncheck IX box and send lower amount. e.g. 0,198
Please use coin control you can switch on in otpions/preferences wallet labbel.....
you`ll have the exact amount you can send from your wallet whn you check all the inputs.

I'm down to 0.17000000, still not sending.
