I just looked through this years proposals and there have been allot of obvious shady characters getting multi month funding without any real vetting or fact checking of theyr statements or declared accomplishments.
what is going on ?

I proposed years ago that a trust rating would be useful. And why is there no one interviewing the people that are getting 10K a month. For clames that nobody even bothers to check up on ..
I hope Im just dumb and there is totally a process for this in place
There is a dashforce on the payroll. why not use them to vet the proposals? interview and give a unbiased view on couple of proposals a month. That would weed out the scammers for shure.. right ?
