So the proposal system has been in use for quite some time now. Amanda has done videos on how you can make a proposal but I feel like there is missing a educational video on how to use the system properly.
For one we get proposals from random people that nobody knows, posting multi month proposals without anything to show for it.
The lack of knowledge of how to propose a winning proposal has been the downfall of many good willing people.
Mostly be course they think they can make one without having anything but extreme enthusiasm to show for.
And often going for the multi months option when a proof of work one month proposal could land the deal.
resulting in a no vote and killing the whole creative process for that person.
The point is we need to work on our funding mechanism allitle. And I think a instructional video could be a good first step.
