Pre-Proposal:Dash POS Acceptance and Retail Use

I propose to get DASH into use in real world applications in my local area(Hanford CA) and may extend into Fresno.
Target Audience:1.5m Consumers
250 DASH for the first three months.
Will be Recording the entire process. Will edit and share/Use for further advertising.
Already have 15 Retailers willing to give DASH a try, expecting 50+ more.

Interesting. But who are you and how exactly will you accomplish this? What PoS solution will you be recommending?
 
Your proposal sounds very good. I will be waiting to see how you will carry it out and what team will accompany you :)
 
That doesn't inspire confidence afaik block pay is dead. Just checked their site and it redirects to payger.com with only the message that info will be released soon.

And you will need to provide a lot more info if you want to convince the MNOs to give you 250 Dash.
